PURPOSE: A multiple compartment prosthetic disk is provided to show a poroelasticity effect which is similar to the rigid/soft tissue of a human body without the need of making a prosthetic disc vertebral pulp using a poroelasticity material and to show a side effect minimization after a surgical procedure and a biomechanic compatibility with a possible procedure through a minimum invasion. CONSTITUTION: A multiple compartment prosthetic disk(100) comprises a flexibility outer cover(120) including the valve allowing to flow in and out a fluid; multiple flexibile partition walls (150,180) which is positioned at the internal space restricted by a flexible outer cover, classifies an internal space into multiple compartments, and forms an air gap so that the communication between adjacent compartment and fluid is possible; and a fluid which fills an internal space and moves to the space between multiple compartment with passing through an air gap.
