PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of leather and vinyl luster is provided to provide leather and vinyl luster with excellent water repellence and moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of leather and vinyl luster comprises a step of obtaining a mixture by mixing 1Kg of oily silicon and 1kg of sasol; a step of boiling the mixture at 140-160°C by heating for 30 minutes while stirring the mixture; a step of boiling the mixture for 80-100 minutes at 140-160°C; a step of cooling the mixture to room temperature; and a step of injecting 2 Kg of aqueous silicon solution, and boiling the materials for 30 minutes while stirring the materials.
