PURPOSE: An exterior insulation cover for a vehicle is provided to prevent snow and frost from being piled up due to heavy snow in the winter and to efficiently prevent inner temperature of the vehicle from rising in the summer. CONSTITUTION: An exterior insulation cover for a vehicle comprises one canvas(100), a fixing member(200), and a cable member(300) for preventing burglar. The canvas covers glass or a ceiling in the outside of the vehicle for insulating the inside of the vehicle. The fixing member fixes the canvas to the glass or the ceiling of the vehicle. The cable member for preventing the burglar prevents the burglar of the canvas.
