The blade (1) is held by a component tool (3) and the holding devices (2A,2B). A nozzle (4) is provided for applying fluid such as coolant or lubricant on the blade. The fluid is applied such that the fluid force to the blade, the tool or the support portion counteracts the deformation force (F) applied to the blade while processing such as a milling or turning of the blade. The fluid pressurization or impingement, direction, speed, mass and volume flow of the fluid are preset. An independent claim is included for apparatus for processing blade of rotor.
