PURPOSE: A crimp thread fastening device for a circular knitting machine is provided to be able to easily attach/detach a male guide member to a guide groove of a second block for a fastener, and to be able to interrupt an arbitrary separation phenomenon of the male guide member as the anchoring force at a relevant position is able to be strengthened. CONSTITUTION: A crimp thread fastening device for a circular knitting machine comprises a first block (113) for a fastener; a second block (116) for a fastener, and a knitting thread guide. The first block for the fastener comprises flanges (111) formed in the upper and lower sides, a vertical wall (112) connecting the flanges, and knitting thread holes (117) formed in the flanges for a knitting thread passing. The second block for the fastener has a guide groove (114) in the center in lengthwise. The first block for the fastener is partially accepted in the second block for the fastener and combined by a bolt (115). The knitting thread guide comprises a plate-like female guide member (121) closely adhered to the inside of the vertical wall, and a male guide member (123) with a knitting thread guide groove inserted into the guide groove. The knitting thread guide is positioned between the knitting thread holes.
