PURPOSE: A separator for a fuel cell is provided to include excellent electric performance and a connection part with excellent strength and conductivity, thereby increasing voltage generated from one cell. CONSTITUTION: A separator(10) for a fuel cell comprises a plurality of current parts(11); and an insulating part(12) inserted between the current part. The current part includes a first polymer matrix in which carbon-based microparticles(11a) are dispersed. The insulating part includes a second polymer matrix in which insulating inorganic microparticles(12a) are dispersed. A manufacturing method of the separator includes a step of manufacturing a composition for forming the insulating part and a composition for forming the current part; and a step of simultaneously compress molding the compositions.
