PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional blanket with an anionic character is provided to activate blood circulation by promoting metabolism, thereby being advantageous for a human body including fatigue recovery, health maintenance, cell activation, resistivity promotion, blood purification, and the like. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional blanket with an anionic character comprises the following steps: a pre-processing which processes a fabric surface(S100); a coloring process which applies color at 130-170 deg. Celsius for 20-40 minutes after printing fabric with a design, a character, and a pattern by using a screen machine(S200); a reduction clearing process which washes and reduces in an automatic continuous washer having 7 bath tubs(S300); a first anion processing step which primarily dries the reduction washed polyester fabric at 100 deg. Celsius with a speed of 1.0 m/60 seconds(S400); and a second anion processing which mixes 0.1-10 wt% of polyurethane resin, and 0.1-10 wt% of anionic agent with water, adds the same into an air pump, sprays the same on the fabric by using an air spray, and dries the fabric at 140 deg. Celsius with a speed of 1 m/60 seconds(S500).
