PURPOSE: A compound which is used as an organic layer material, especially a light emitting layer material is provided to lower driving voltage of an organic light emitting device and to improve light efficiency and lifetime of the device by thermal stability when applying the compound to the organic light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic light emitting device contains a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic layers placed between the first and second electrodes. One or more organic layers contain the compound. The organic layers have one or more layers among a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer. One or more layers among the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer contain the compound of chemical formula 1.
