METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELASTIC SHAFT COUPLING

PURPOSE: An elastic shaft coupling manufacturing method is provided to obtain a coupling body composite body for being used for various shapes of elastic couplings from an equally sized elastic body made by a single vulcanization mold without using various shapes of vulcanization molds. CONSTITUTION: An elastic shaft coupling manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing an elastic body(1) inserted in between connection plates(2) into a single coupling body composite body(3) through vulcanization; cutting the coupling body composite body into desired sizes after the vulcanization; and attaching the connection plate to a connection unit(4) which functions as connecting the coupling body composite body to the driving input and output member of a driving line.
