PURPOSE: An information processing method for effectively delivering emotion of a sender, a system thereof and a recording medium thereof are provided to check a received text message and content of a character string while the sender of a second communications terminal is not looking at a screen. CONSTITUTION: An emotion processing unit(230) attaches a set value about a corresponding emotion expressing character string to a received text message or data. A storing unit(240) stores the emotion expressing character string and the set value corresponding to the emotion expressing character string. A TTS(Text-To-Speech) processing unit(220) generates voice information corresponding to a received character string. The voice information corresponds to the set value about the emotion expressing character string. A sending unit(250) transmits the voice information generated in the TTS processing unit to a second communications terminal(110).
