PURPOSE: A brake pad return device of a vehicle is provided to prevent abrasion of a brake pad and to improve fuel efficiency of the vehicle by preventing unnecessary friction with a brake pad and a disc. CONSTITUTION: A brake pad return device of a vehicle comprises a bracket, a pair of back plates(40), and an elastic piece(30). Two back plates are fixed to the inside of a body by the bracket. A pair of back plates is mounted on the bracket and comprises an arm(41) and a slot(43). One end(31) of the elastic piece is fixed to a bottom surface of the arm of the back plate. The other end(32) of the elastic piece is inserted into a slot of the back plate and slides. |
