PURPOSE: A control method for rear plate rolled material flatness using rear plate roller straightening machine and a system thereof are provided to measure the flatness of rear plate rolled material before the rear plate rolled material passes through the roller straightening machine, thereby calculating the elongation of each position. CONSTITUTION: A control method for rear plate rolled material flatness using rear plate roller straightening machine comprises the following the steps of: measuring the flatness of rear plate rolled material using a flatness meter after the finishing rolling, and sending the flatness information of the rear rolled material; measuring(S10,S20) the flatness value of rear plate rolled material using the flatness meter after the rear plate rolled material is cooled, and sending the flatness information of the rear plate rolled material; preparing the sent the actual measured flatness value of the rear plate rolled material and the pre-stored model value, and drawing(S32,S34) the corresponding pre-bending value to the pre-stored flatness model value; and applying the pre-bending value to the roller straightening machine.
