PURPOSE: A sleeping pad and an attachable jade sleeping pad are provided to alleviate xerophthalmia, eye fatigue, migraine, and the like through magnetism generated by the jade during sleeping. CONSTITUTION: An attachable jade sleeping pad comprises an expandable pad(100) which is made of nylon or synthetic rubber materials in order to be extended by the size of the face of a user; a touch pad(110) made of a soft cotton material in contact with the skin of the user; an aroma pad which is placed between the extended pad and the touch pad and helps the user to sleep well by scent after the user wears the pad; and jade(200) which is equipped in the center of the sleeping pad in order to protect eyes; a plurality of jade insertion grooves in order to insert the jade; and an elastic band(140) in order to cover the head of the user by both sides of the sleeping pad. |
