<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves operating two tactile sections in an intersection surface area of a work piece, where the tactile sections are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction and passed in an axial direction of the workpiece. A characteristic of twist structure is determined based on a measurement value of data that is obtained from one of the tactile sections. An estimated value for the characteristic of twist structure is determined based on the measurement value. The estimated value is adjusted based on another measurement value that is obtained from another tactile section. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for determining a micro and macro twist structure in a surface roughness of a sectional cylindrical workpiece. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The estimated value for the characteristic of the twist structure is determined based on the measurement value, and adjusted based on another measurement value that is obtained from the tactile section, thus ensuring determination of the twist structure in the surface roughness of the sectional cylindrical workpiece in an easy manner, and achieving quantity production of the workpiece.</p> |
