PURPOSE: A roller bushing of a stinger for moving a submerged-pipe is provided to form a bushing of a cheap oil-less pro-form with properties in which abrasion resistance, strength, durability are very high, and stability is very good, while a frictional coefficient is low, thereby reducing the costs of the bushing. CONSTITUTION: A stinger for moving a submerged-pipe comprises a plurality of rollers(51). The rollers are installed to be inclined toward a central line direction by being spaced from the left and right sides of a body at a predetermined distance. Bushings(53) are respectively installed in both end portions of each shaft(52) of the rollers. The stinger is installed to be inclined between a deck end portion of a working vessel and the bottom of the sea, thereby performing a pipe guide function to the sea bottom and a submarine supporter function capable of regulating buoyancy. The bushing is formed into an oil-less pro-form.
