PURPOSE: A power control device is provided to minimize the power consumption in an idle period of an uplink reception end in a femtocell used in an LTE(Long Term Evolution) communication. CONSTITUTION: A power measurement unit(122) receives a reference signal. The power measurement unit measures a power value. A low power mode determination unit(123) receives the power value. The low power mode determination unit compares a power block reference and the power value. The low power mode determination unit blocks a clock or a power signal supplied from an LTE uplink modulation unit. A register unit(124) stores necessary parameters by applying the power or the clock signal to the LTE uplink modulation unit.
