PURPOSE: A double head type liquid nitrogen injection device is provided to inject a constant quantity of cryogenic liquid nitrogen into beverage cans or storage containers. CONSTITUTION: A double head type liquid nitrogen injection device comprises a gas-liquid separator tank(15), an injector tank(22), a vacuum pump(17), a manipulation handle(18), a motor, a touch screen, and a double head. The gas-liquid separator tank comprises a liquid nitrogen feeding pipe and a level controller. The level controller is connected to the liquid nitrogen feeding pipe to control the level of the tank. The injector tank is comprised of an inner tank and an outer tank for storing liquid nitrogen transferred from the gas-liquid separator tank through a flexible hose. The vacuum tank is connected to the gas-liquid separator tank and the inner and outer tanks of the injector tank to maintain the tanks in a vacuum state. The manipulation handle and the motor are installed in the center of a pillar to change the position of the injector tank. The touch screen controls an injector of the gas-liquid separator with PLC. Injection heads of the double head are symmetrically installed at an angle of 45 degree. |
