PURPOSE: An apparatus for washing a rolling roll is provided to smoothly remove scales on the surface of the rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for washing a rolling roll comprises a spray unit(100), a distance adjuster(200), a rotary unit(300), and a reciprocating unit. The spray unit sprays washing water(10) in order to remove scales(50) on the surface of a rolling roll(30) which rolls a steel plate in a hot rolled work. The distance adjuster is connected to the spray unit, and adjusts the distance between the spray unit and rolling roll. The rotary unit supports the spray unit and distance adjuster in the air, and adjusts the spray angle of the washing water. The reciprocating unit supports the rotary unit to rotate, and the rolling roll moves back and forth in the width direction. |
