THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION FOR DOOR SIDE EXTRUSION

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to have excellent strength, to make extrusion molding possible, and to have excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance, and abrasion resistance, and to obtain various colors. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer weather strip composition comprises 60-90 parts by weight of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; 150-170 parts by weight of a styrene ethylene butadiene styrene copolymer; 10-20 parts by weight of polypropylene; 120-140 parts by weight of a high viscosity paraffin oil; 30-40 parts by weight of a silicone oil; 0.6-0.9 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; and 0.6-0.9 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The crosslinking agent is a peroxide crosslinking agent. The polypropylene is a highly crystalline block copolymer with a melt flow index at 230°C and 2.16kg is 0.5 g/10min or less.
