PURPOSE: A battery module assembly is provided to minimize internal resistance, to improve welding reliability by being compact and light-weighted, and to simplify an assembly process by combining a structure for fixing battery modules. CONSTITUTION: A battery module(300) comprises: two or more of battery modules(200) with cell units electrically connected by being comprised with one or more of battery cells(10); a pair of upper and lower cases(210, 220) surrounding the exterior of battery modules by being exposed to the exterior on one side of the outer-most battery modules; one or more first fasteners(211, 212, 222) formed perpendicularly in direction of facing the top surface of an upper case and the lower surface of a lower case; and two or more second fasteners formed horizontally in direction of the front and/or rear surface of the upper case and the front and/or rear surface of the lower case.
