PURPOSE: A heating temperature control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to gradually select a plurality of operation modes by including one jog shuttle switch, and to set the control value of the selected operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A heating temperature control apparatus includes a jog shuttle switch(110), a control unit(120), and a heater driving unit(140). The jog shuttle switch generates a mode selection signal and two rotational direction signals according to the operation of user. The control unit gradually selects a plurality of operation modes according to the mode selection signal, controls the control value of the current selected operation mode according to the rotational signal, and controls the temperature of each part of heating apparatus according to the controlled control value. The heater driving unit controls the heat generation of heater according to the control of control unit.
