发明名称 POLYESTER FILM FOR OPTICAL USE
摘要 PURPOSE: An optical polyester film is provided to improve adhesive force between resin and base film even in the environment of high temperature and high humidity and prevent drop-out of a coating layer generated during the post processing by forming a primer layer blended with water soluble acryl polymer resin and polyurethane resin to elongate transparent polyester substrate film at least one shaft. CONSTITUTION: An optical polyester film comprises a polyester substrate film(1) and a primer layer(2) coated on at least one side of the base film. The primer layer coated with coating solution composed of polyacrylo-nitrile resin in a blended form has urethane type polymer resin as main material. The surface of the base film formed the primer layer has 90~100% of light transmittance and 0.2~0.7% of haze values. The adhesive force between the base film and the primer layer is 95~100% under is 65°C, and 95% of humidity after 96 hours of an excess water tolerance test. The acrylic polymer resin is a resin given water-soluble by controlling molecular weight and through copolymer with hydrophilic group which is at least one among methylmethacrylate, ethylmethacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, normal butyl methacrylate, normal butyl methylmethacrylate, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, etc.
