PURPOSE: A different materials mud guard for a vehicle and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and improve productivity by manufacturing the mud guard integrally formed by using a double injection method. CONSTITUTION: A different materials mud guard for a vehicle comprises a cover(10), an apron(20), a mud flap(30), and a connection force increasing unit(40). The cover is fixed to a vehicle body. The apron is integrally formed on the upper part of the cover with a material which is different from the cover. The mud flap is integrally formed on the lower part of the cover with the material which is different from the cover. The connection force increasing unit is integrally formed in a connection unit of the cover and the apron and the connection unit of the cover and the mud flap.
