PURPOSE: A composite panel using a metal thin film is provided to increase adhesion strength and performs excellent process by forming a high molecule heat adhesive between metal layers such as a resin layer and a stainless thin film. CONSTITUTION: A composite panel using a metal thin film comprises a resin layer(10), a first metal layer(20), and a second metal layer(21). The first metal layer is comprised of a stainless thin film, and the second metal layer is comprised of the stainless thin film or an aluminum board. The first and second metal layers are individually attached to one side and the other side of the resin layer by a medium of an adhesive(11). The resin layer is comprised of a flame retarding resin or a nonflammable resin, and the adhesive is the high molecule heat adhesive. An ant staining ceramic coating layer(30) is laminated on a surface of the first metal layer, and a protection layer(40) is laminated on the upper part of the ceramic coating layer. A corrosion prevention layer(50) is laminated on the surface of the second metal layer.
