The device has a diaphragm (3) and an operation panel. A display (6) is attached to rear side of the operation panel. A printed circuit board is arranged in the electronics housing (8) to support the display. The printed circuit board is arranged directly opposite to the aperture which is aligned to the center of the device in final assembled state. The electronics housing is made of non-combustible plastic.
