COMPOSITION FOR USE IN AN ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM, AN ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PURPOSE: A composition for an anisotropic conductive film and the film thereof are provided to contain an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, thereby having excellent flowability and facilitating filling of a film composition. CONSTITUTION: A composition for an anisotropic conductive film contains 100.0 parts by weight of a solid composition, 5-50 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-70 parts by weight of a polyurethane resin; and 0.1-30 parts by weight of an organic microparticle. A semiconductor device includes a wiring board; an anisotropic conductive film; and a semiconductor chip mounted onto the anisotropic conductive film. The anisotropic conductive film is manufactured of the composition.
