The device (10a) has a clamping unit (16a) for tightening a protective cover unit (14a). The clamping unit comprises a clamping element that is co-acted with another clamping element (18a). An anti-twist plate unit (22a) comprises an anti-twist plate element (24a). A movement coupling unit moves the anti-twist plate element based on a movement of the clamping elements. The movement coupling unit comprises an energy storage element i.e. spring element. Two ends of the energy storage element are supported on the anti-twist plate element and one of the clamping elements. The clamping elements are designed as a clamping screw and a band.
