PURPOSE: A channel allocation device and a method thereof are provided to minimize channel interference in allocated frequency channel by transmitting and receiving massive data through the frequency channels allocated to a plurality of terminals. CONSTITUTION: Interference information corresponding to channel interference is received from a plurality of stations(104,154,198,158,110,160). The interference location of an interference signal corresponding to channel interference based on the interference information is confirmed. The channel of a frequency band avoiding the interference signal is allocated to the plurality of the terminals. The channel allocation information for the allocated channel is transmitted to the plurality of the terminals.
