PURPOSE: A heat-radiant resin composition is provided to have excellent heat-radiating performance, electric conductivity, and collision resistance, and to not contain volatile organic compound. CONSTITUTION: A heat-radiant resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of the heat-radiating resin composition; 30-90 parts by weight of water-soluble resin selected from a urethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, ester resin, and olefin resin; 3-20 parts by weight of a pigment selected from graphite, carbon nanotubes, carbon black, aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, indium tin oxide, aluminum zinc oxide, titanium oxide, boron oxide, and nitride; 0.1-20 parts by weight of an additive selected from organic phosphorous compound, phosphate compound, organic titanium compound, vanadium compound, organosilane compound, silica compound, wax and amine compound; and residual solvent.
