PURPOSE: Pre-call recipient state alarm system and state alarm method are provided to understand a state of a recipient such as call available, busy and power off of a mobile communication terminal of a recipient before making a call to the recipient. CONSTITUTION: An input/search module(15) judges input of a mobile communication terminal number of a recipient with a search menu method by originator or direct recipient number input method. When a mobile communication terminal number of the recipient is not inputted with the search menu method or the direct recipient number input method, a state reception/processing module(17) extracts a mobile communication terminal number corresponding to the call list.
