PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to simply vary a color temperature. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device comprises a light emitting device(100); a diffusing plate(200) having a fluorescent material and arranged on a route of a light emitted from the light emitting device; and a distance control part(300) varying the distance of the light emitting device and the diffusing plate.
