A computer-assisted method of monitoring the behaviour of an integration platform, i.e. a software product such as BizTalk (RTM) which facilitates communication between multiple software applications operating in a business process which exhibits cyclic behaviour, the monitoring method comprises determining values of a parameter of a node of the integration platform (a server, group of servers or input/output ports that the integration platform is running on) across two or more cycles, determining an expected range of values for normal behaviour of the parameter by calculating an expected value of the parameter across a cycle based on historical data, and identifying an anomaly based on when the values are outside the corridor.
