PURPOSE: An elevator wire rope is provided to improve the breaking load and suppress deformation by modulating the core structure and material. CONSTITUTION: An elevator wire rope has a structure in which six outer strands are stranded on the outer surface of a core strand. The core strand is a fiber core strand(11) and the outer strands consist of three steel wire strands and three fiber core strands(12) so that the core structure is C+(3×FC+3(1×7)). |
