MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A mounting structure for a vehicle is provided to easily control the displacement of components which are needed to avoid interference with counterparts and to avoid a resonant frequency matched for an oscillation frequency which varies in various installation structures. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure for a vehicle comprises a cover member(10). The cover member comprises a contact surface(11) and a peripheral surface(12). The cover member is formed between a top bracket(4) and a mount(2). The contact surface is in touch with the top surface of the mount. The peripheral surface is formed with a predetermined length(L) on the periphery of the contact surface.
