A method for fixation of permanent form made of steel profiled deck for a monolithic reinforced-concrete slab arranged by reinforced-concrete beams, by means of thrust joints, includes installation of steel profiled deck on metal beam, with turning in self-tapping metal screws through metal of deck to metal of the beam, with drilling blind (not through) openings in the body of reinforced-concrete beam at the positions of the lower crimps of the steel profiled deck, there metal thrust dowels with inner metric thread are inserted. The heads of the self-tapping screws tightly press the profiled deck to the surface of the metal beam. The steel profiled deck, in the lower crimps of which openings with diameters of the dowel thread are drilled, is mounted on the beam in such a way that those openings coincide with the thrust dowels. Through the openings in the crimps an anchor bolt is turned in to the dowel, this is preliminarily inserted to a metal washer, at that the metal washer pressed with the head of the bolt fixes the position of the steel profiled deck, and the metal thrust dowel reliably fixes the position of the bolt. |
