METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF RAW SAND-LIME MIXTURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ARTICLES FROM SILICATE CONCRETE

The invention relates to building. A method for the preparation of raw sand-lime mixture comprises the production of sand-lime binder, mixing of sand-lime binder with sand, curing of raw mixture in reactor and following forming of articles, besides dampening of mixture components is made in three stages by spraying to sand before dry mill before twin-shaft mixer and before the supply to slaking reactor. The use of the method provides the increasing of mixture homogeneity on distribution of lime and water, decreasing of lime costs, increasing of product strength.
