PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metallic container is provided to conveniently form a tap of a container injection port by having an injection port forming device for pressing the tap of the container injection port from the top and the bottom. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metallic container includes a pipe cutting process(S10), a body forming process(S20), a separating and cutting process(S30), an injection port forming process(S40), a lower cap welding process(S50), an upper cap forming process, a stopper forming process(S70), and a grinding process. In the upper cap forming process, a drawing cap is placed on an upper cam forming device and is pressed to form an upper cap for covering a container injection port. The cap forming process forms a cap for opening and closing the container injection port to discharge content. The grinding process grinds the outer surface of a container body.
