A capsuleless connecting block for non-electrical facilities for explosion ignition comprises channels for a waveguide. Instead of primers, the block comprises tube branches and sealed tubes, a detonation pulse is transmitted directly from waveguide to waveguide (waveguides) due to the block design made of a number of connecting tubes joined by welding or brazing to one another, made of metal (solid polymer having melt flow rate not more than 003, for example polystyrene). The waveguide is fixed in the connecting block via a sealed tube (or another polymer material, or rubber) having inner diameter by 10 % less than the external diameter of detonating waveguide and wall thickness at least 1 mm. |
