PURPOSE: The dyeing method for improving the dyeability of polyester with the inorganic materials is provided to dye the polyester fabric, which has turned into yellow due inorganic materials, without color trouble and be able to dye the light colors. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing method for improving the dyeability of polyester with inorganic materials comprises steps of: refining process of polyester fabric with inorganic materials by eliminating fabric's impurities with 1~5% of scouring agent and 1~3% of deoiling agent; bleaching process of refined polyester fabric by processing with 1~5% of scouring agent, 1~3% of H2O2 stailizer, and 1~3% of sodium hydroxide; and dyeing process of bleached polyester fabric. Dyeing process is maintained at pH 4 condition for 40 minutes. Refining process is treated at 90~100°C for 50~70 minutes. Refining process is done under the condition of 3% of scouring agent and 3% of deoiling agent. Bleaching process is treated at 90~100°C for 50~70 minutes. |
