PURPOSE: A health aid using micro current is provided to have increased effects of fatigue recovery, pain release, skin improvement, growth plate stimulation, bacteria inhibition, scar treatment, eyesight recovery, obesity treatment, etc. by giving micro electrical impact to a human body beside its own function. CONSTITUTION: A health-aid is temporarily worn on a human body and affects to the micro current of the human body. The health-aid is equipped with an elastic main body; and a first metal-contacting point and a second metal-contacting point. The elastic main body is attached onto the human body. The first metal-contacting point is formed being partially protruded from a part to be contacted to the human body in the elastic main body. The second metal-contacting point is partially protruded from another part which is separated from the part to be contacted to the human body in the elastic main body. The health-aid affects to the fine currents of the human body wearing the health-aid through using the difference in electrical properties between the first metal-contacting point and the second metal-contacting point.
