PURPOSE: A network resource control method and a device thereof are provided to allocate optimal resource by continuously maintaining observance and recommendation resources standards for network resources. CONSTITUTION: Resources are allocated to virtual nodes according to resource standards predicted in a system. If a resource standard tuning event is generated, a current resource standard is obtained by monitoring network resources. A requested resource standard set for the network resources is compared with a current resource standard and a current resource state is obtained according to the comparison result(S130). The network resources allocated to the virtual nodes are selectively adjusted based on the requested resource standard, the current resource standard, and the current resource state(S160).
