PURPOSE: A micro welding machine using a ceramic heater tip and a welding method using the same are provided to maintain uniform welding quality by maintaining constant heat temperature and conduction and to reduce work time using a high temperature heating method. CONSTITUTION: A micro welding machine comprises a body frame, a ceramic heating plate(20), a first driving part(30), a vertical guide rail part(40), a micro heat contactor, and a temperature control part. The micro heat contactor is thermally contacted to a target welding object to heat and comprises a heat contactor body(51), a high voltage generation part(52), a vertical support rod(53), a ceramic tip(54), and a heating part(55). The temperature control part controls the heating part and the heating plates to continuously maintain constant temperature.
