PURPOSE: A ginsenoside recovery system for ginseng using the vacuum and compression cycle is provided to obtain ginsenoside from the moisture evaporating from the ginseng during a drying process. CONSTITUTION: A ginsenoside recovery system for ginseng comprises the following: a vacuum drier(10) including a drying rack(11); a heater(20) heating the inside of the vacuum drier; a steam discharging pipe(30) connected to the inside of the vacuum drier; a steam condensing unit(40) connected to the downstream side of the steam discharging pipe; a compressor(41A) connected to the steam discharging pipe; a condenser(42A) connected to the compressor; a storage tank(43A) installed on the downstream side of the condenser; a valve(44A) installed on the downstream side of the storage tank; and a cooling fan(45A) installed on one side of the condenser. |
