A method for treating the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and concomitant tubal-peritoneal infertility comprises the laparoscopic resection of one third of both ovaries followed by argon stream coagulation of their surface and application of anti-adhesion Intercoat composition. Furthermore, one third of the ovary is resected with the aid of microwaves at the output of 60 W in the cutting mode with needle electrode followed by microwave coagulation with olive-shaped electrode in coagulation mode. Since the first day postoperatively, Biostrepta is administered per rectum for 9 days. Ultrasonic treatment at 0.5 W/cmis applied onto the lower abdomen (10 sessions). Following the first menstruation, ultrasonic treatment is combined with intrauterine electrophoresis of trypsin according to dermatoparamibic technique and tubal stimulation. Within 2 months since the first day of menstruation postoperatively, the combined oral contraceptives with antiandrogenic effect are used. |
