PURPOSE: A form assembly and a method for assembling a form using the same are provided to easily assemble a form having a desirable gradient. CONSTITUTION: A form assembly comprises a plurality of form panel arrays(10,30,50). The plurality of form panel arrays comprises different gradients each other. The plurality of form panel arrays comprises a plurality of form panels. The plurality of form panels is respectively placed in a line, and forms determined gradients. |
