PURPOSE: A transfer apparatus of a tire sheet rubber distribute laborer by reducing labor intensity and unnecessary work time, and thus work efficiency is maximized, which improves quality and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus of a tire sheet rubber transfers a sheet rubber (R) to a subsequent process on multiple conveyors (10)(11)(12)(13). A loading die (20) mobile on the conveyors, including a RFID tag (25) on one side; a gripping means (30) which engages a sheet rubber waiting in front of the input conveyors with a conveyor roll (10) by the operation of a gripper (32); a pose change means (40) supporting the loading die with a platform (41) and an elevator plate (43), matching the height of the sheet rubber and the gripping means; and a controller (50) reading the loading die, controlling the transferring the sheet rubber and the loading die on a predetermined condition is included.
