PURPOSE: A system for heating a pipe of a tire vulcanizer is provided to improve the quality vulcanizing the tire by reducing temperature differential in upper and lower parts of a bladder for vulcanizing through rapidly increasing the temperature of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A system for heating a pipe of a tire vulcanizer comprises a heating pipe(4). A pipe(1) for injecting and discharging a heating source in which a shaping pipe or a pressure source pipe(2,3) is formed in the heating pipe. The heating pipe surrounds the circumference of the shaping pipe or the pressure source pipe. The heating pipe is formed to have the large diameter to transmit the high temperature of the steam. An air piston valve(6) and a trap(7) are connected in the heating pipe. The air piston valve includes a stop valve(5a). The trap includes a stop valve(5b).
