A method for creation mosaic pictures includes production on a flat surface of a sketch of picture in full size, division of a natural stone into mosaic elements of different sizes and colors, their arrangement in accordance with the sketch, fastening on the base and processing the surface of assembled mosaic. The sketch is coated with a transparent film or it is made on the film and coated with a mesh, whose cells are mostly smaller than the size of the mosaic elements obtained by crushing the stone. The elements are placed on the mesh with fixing by adhesive with a smallest possible gap between them and the assembled mosaic is coated with an invisible, without gloss oil-wetting agent. |
