A process for the preparation of granulated phosphorus-containing fertilizers, in which furnace charge is prepared, comprising ground phosphate rock and potassium-containing products, and it is mixed, the product is dampened, granulated and dried, besides before granulation stage plasticizer is additionally added to furnace charge of 15-21 weight %, density of which makes up 1.15-1.25 kg/dm and humates of alkali metals, for example sodium humate in volume of 1 weight % and furnace charge is dampened to 12-13 % or humid furnace charge is used. Potassium-containing products before mixing with phosphate rock are ground to sieve residue of 0.71 mm and not less than 30 %. |
