PURPOSE: A fan coil unit system for indoor temperature control and a driving method thereof are provided to perform a temperature control uniformly regardless of any location in interior space. CONSTITUTION: A fan coil unit system comprises fan coil units(110-2), a first pipe(121), a second pipe(122), a third pipe(123), and a direction switching unit(130). The fan coil units are located in different positions from one other, and classified as a first group of and a second group of fan coil units. The first pipe is connected to the first group of fan coil units. The second pipe is connected to the second group of fan coil units. The third pipe connects the first pipe and the second pipe. The direction switching unit is connected to the first pipe and the second pipe to change the direction of the supply of water or of the discharge of water.
